FAQ's

  • What sort of women are in this program?

    This is the most common first question I get asked! They are women just like you. They love having goals to chase and spend way to much time second-guessing themselves. They usually think all the other women in the program will be amazing, and they aren't. They're concerned about fitting in, and fear not being good enough. Most are 40 to 65 years' old - every woman is welcome.

  • When can I start the program?

    Immediately! As soon as you enrol you gain access to the 30 Days to Freedom Journaling Adventure. You'll receive periodic notification of upcoming Masterclasses and other special events, via email and the Facebook community group.

  • How much time should I invest?

    The program is self-paced and designed in bite-sized chunks, so you can slot it into the pockets of time in your life. Your 12-month subscription provides plenty of time to get through the program and revisit activities to embed learning. Changes will happen quicker if you invest more time and effort in the activities. This isn't a sport where you can sit on the side-line. You have to jump in and do the hard yards.

  • Do you do one-on-one coaching?

    As a rule, no I don't. Experience has shown me that the support and idea-sharing of a group environment dramatically improve outcomes so I stick with that formula. If you feel you're an exception to the rule talk to me about it.

  • What if I don’t understand something?

    I'm available via chat in the RTU community at any stage. The other go-getter gals in the community are also happy to share their experiences and ideas.

  • I’m not good at sticking to stuff that I start. I don't want to start something else and not finish it.

    That's your self-doubt talking and until you break the cycle you'll continue to repeat this behaviour. Self-doubt has you choosing the wrong goals, questioning your abilities and triggering procrastination. It's likely you will stop and start in this program. That's totally cool. I've designed the program to cater for that. You can reboot as many times as required. Perhaps it will take you a few attempts to get through all the activities. That will just make the victory sweeter.

  • I still can't make a decision. Help!

    Ok, I get it. You're second-guessing yourself and wondering if this is another program you'll fail. You're waiting for me to tell you that you'll succeed beyond your wildest dreams. The fact is, I don't know what your journey is going to be. I ask this though; What is your gut instinct telling you right now? Forget the critic in your head and listen to your intuition.   • How long do I have access to the program and community?
