Say it can't be done and I’ll show you it can.

That’s the mantra that drives me to achieve far beyond what others believe is possible.

When I started my first business, my ex-boss lectured me on my impending failure. Now we've celebrated its 20th anniversary.

The media bickered about women on boards on the day I earned a directorship with the Australian Institute of Management. I was the youngest person appointed in 90 years.

I defied history, one step at a time when I ran from Broken Hill to Sydney. I am the first woman on record to do it; 32 marathons in 19 days.

When I founded the charity, Run Against Violence, people said “Why bother? Family violence will never stop.” We're now going global.

For more than 30 years I have redefined personal and cultural boundaries, living a life beyond what others believe is possible. Now I have distilled all that learning into the Go-Getter's Compass, giving you an express route to being unstoppable, too.
